Something Old, Something New

Just like my original love of photography, this all started with Bismarck. I wanted to make something a little different, a little special, and a little elegant of my good buddy. I also wanted to learn some new techniques in Photoshop. I decided to just use some of the thousands of pictures of Bismarck that I've already taken to create artwork. 

So, I got to work.

And I couldn't stop.

I loved making his "royal" portrait below. I intend to make an obscenely large canvas print of the "paw-trait" for my home. Just garishly large. 

 Anyway, I loved the result, and I had to do more of the other pups that I have taken over the past two years. 

This is so much fun that I have a few more in store that I will be working on. So, if I've taken a photo of your pup, it just may make it onto the blog as a paw-trait!
